I thought the site was easy to use overall. The menu made sense, and I was able to find the products and videos without, uh, clicking around forever.
The only thing is that some pages feel a bit busy, especially on my phone, and a couple of them took a second to load. Still, it’s a good site overall.

The battery life has been solid!! I usually get through most of the week without needing to charge it, which is super convenient!!!

I ended up rereading a couple sections and checking around to make sure I was using it right. Support was nice when I asked, basically saying something like “try lining it up this way” and “make sure that part is fully clicked in,” which helped, but I feel like that stuff should’ve been clearer in the guide. Not a bad experience, just wish the directions were more beginner-friendly.
